TRACKING
If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Imprime y Juega is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged:

within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the damaged packaging and items.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.
